Each morning session will include a short introduction followed by a guided visualisation specifically delivered for the individuals who gather. Each session will have the overriding focus of helping clear your mind, become more centered and mindful of your purpose and meaning. You will feel recharged, grounded and able to face the day with grace, resiliance and inner reserve while experiencing a deep sense of serenity, grace and clarity.
